Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
• All items must be returned in the original box or packaging, with all original accessories, tags, inserts, and materials included.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items that have been worn, damaged, or altered in any way will not be accepted.
• Returns received after the 14-day window will not be accepted.
• Final sale or clearance items are non-returnable unless defective.

How to Return

1. Contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your item to initiate the return process.
2. Securely package the item in its original box with all included items.
3. Include the original receipt or proof of purchase inside the package.
4. Ship the package back using a trackable shipping method.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status.
• Approved returns will be refunded to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
• Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or item, please return the original purchase and place a new order separately.
